Tracy joined Clutton Cox in June 2020 as a Director and Head of Conveyancing. Tracy is a very familiar face in the conveyancing world having worked in this sector since 1996, and trained at Osborne Clarke. She has a wealth of experience in sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Tracy has a loyal following of clients and estate agents alike, and prides herself on providing an efficient and stress-free service. She is approachable and has a “can-do” attitude which gets the job done.
Finance Director
Kim has spent most of her career working in Solicitors accounts and so is a very experienced financial director having seen most things that happen at least once!

David has worked in senior law firm management for 25 years.
He has held chief executive roles in several firms, ranging from established national businesses to London boutiques with offices overseas and ABS start ups. David has a proven track record of improving business performance and successfully implementing law firm mergers. He is also the Head of Compliance for Clutton Cox.

Nikki is originally from East Anglia, but having graduated from UWE in Bristol in 2010 she found the pull of the West too much and so she re-located with her family in 2020. Nikki qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 and worked for the same high quality firm of local Solicitors from her training contract until relocating.
Nikki is a highly experienced Solicitor and her work covers all aspects of residential matters including buying and selling, transfers of part, auction properties, shared ownerships, new builds, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and, unusually, leasehold extensions. Her hobbies includes: dog walking, competitive netball and sailing.

Chloé joined Clutton Cox in 2020 having previously worked in private practice and in-house for a developer. Chloé is able to advise clients on residential and agricultural property matters and has a particular interest in land and new build properties.
Chloé is considered reliable, approachable, and hardworking by her clients. She offers a clear and transparent service with tailored advice.
Previously from the New Forest, in her spare time Chloé is busy exploring Gloucestershire, baking, or walking the local countryside.
Conveyancing Assistant
Armed with a law degree, Tiffany is busy piecing all her academic knowledge into practical situations by ably assisting the Conveyancers.
In her spare time Tiffany enjoys looking after her many animals and baking cakes for her friends and family – but not necessarily in that order, nor at the same time.

From the ‘University of Life’, Lisa has many years’ experience in administration, having previously worked in Life Assurance and Residential Lettings.
In her spare time Lisa likes nothing more than to go shopping to add to her ever increasing collection of Radley Bags! She has also been known to go Cycling……very occasionally.

Whilst Neve is the youngest member of our team, she has a strong interest in this line of work and wishes to pursue her career in the Conveyancing field.
She is developing her experience daily by working closely with our lawyers and she is also studying for a Conveyancing Technician course under the apprenticeship scheme. Neve grew up in Chipping Sodbury and enjoys baking, shopping and dog walks.

Teaghan is a highly experienced chartered legal executive who joined us in 2018.
She is very knowledgeable about the whole conveyancing process whether that be sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, newbuilds, shared ownerships or Help-to Buys. As her testimonials show, Teaghan provides an excellent level of service to her clients who find her approachable, efficient and always willing to go that extra mile.
