Will the Conservatives really put the knife into Hips

The Conservative shadow Housing Minister has reiterated recently in a letter to the Law Society Gazette of its determination to rid our land of the contentious HIPs( Home Information Packs).

Yet it is unlikely that a general election will be called before May 2010. If a week is a long time in politics then fifteen months may be an age.
